Here you can generate one or more QR codes and then insert them into your PDF document as placeholders for the signature block.
Instructions: Settings for placeholders
In the form under "Create placeholder" you can make the following settings:
Identifier You need this setting if you want to insert several placeholders for different signatures in a document. Enter a different number for each placeholder. NoticeThe number "0001" is entered by default. If you only want to insert a placeholder, do not change this entry.
Signature profile The profile determines the appearance of the signature block. For private signatures, use the standard signature block or the 'PDF-Over' option. By selecting 'PDF-Over', you can apply the customizations made to the signature block in PDF-Over (e.g., changes to the logo or signature note). NoticeThe official signature is intended for public authorities and manual entry for certain special cases.
Signature block language Here you can set whether the signature block, which later replaces the placeholder, should be in German or English.
